[QUESTION] Food allergies & intolerances – getting desperate

Hey guys and girls,

I have a question concerning my girlfriend. 3 years ago she was diagnosed with several food allergies:

  • gluten
  • milk
  • eggs
  • tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • pumpkin
  • banana
  • chocolate

Now she has been diagnosed with an acid-base balance that’s completely out of whack (kidneys, cardiovascular, …) which causes severe headaches, nauseau, stress, … and another huge list of foods she can’t eat has been added:

  • Cheese (she could still eat cheese from goats & sheep before)
  • Nuts (all of ’m)
  • Legumes (lentils, chickpeas, peas, …)
  • Maize
  • Meat (all of it)
  • Most fish (only fatty fish is okay, like salmon)
  • Lobster
  • Prawns
  • Alcohol
  • Fructose
  • Honey
  • Tilapia
  • Rice
  • All soy products
  • Beans
  • A lot of fruits
    • Strawberries
    • Mango
    • Apple
    • Cranberry
    • Pineapple
    • Pears
    • Prunes
    • Berries
  • Nuts & seeds
  • Rhubarb
  • Meat replacements

Aditionally there’s:

  • Several E-numbers (conservation numbers)
  • Several enzymes

So long story short: it’s fucking insane. We’re both absolute foodies so we just went out yesterday and got absolutely hammered on wodka & weed because it’s fucking depressing. I knew we’d have to adapt our diets again, but I can’t handle this at the moment. Tasty food is life for us and we’re both fucking pissed off and depressed that we can’t eat any of this food anymore. (well, she can’t but I’m eating the same as she does to support her)

Please send recipes :’( The only things I’m finding online is shitty, bland and boring food. We got around her previous allergies by cooking loads of asian inspired food, but since she can’t eat meat/soy/rice anymore, that cuisine gets thrown out, too. We’re going camping for the next 3 weeks so I’m looking for suggestions for easy meals we could cook on the go (because I’m 100% certain I can’t show up in a restaurant with this list, it’s absolutely ridiculous)

P.S. we’ll see a professional after our holidays, but we’d need some recipes to get us through the next 2-4 weeks. Every little thing helps!

P.P.S. nobody knows a site or an app where you can enter all your allergies & intolerances and it churns out recipes you CAN eat?
